Look cool, and give a MUCH better pedal feel than the stock rubber ones. I really like them and not just for their looks. I bought them in late 95 before they became cloned by everybody and their mother.

BEFORE:
The stock pedals are small rubber padded deals which are a bit harder to heel-toe with. (Thanks to Dan Dunhem for the unauthorized rip)

AFTER:
I installed the pedals myself in about an hour. Took longer because of the odd angles I had to lie in to screw the pedals down. Overall I really like them a lot. I much prefer the "firmer" feel of metal versus the "spongy" rubber stocks.
